Meet our CEO

A serial entrepreneur, Victor Mitchell has successfully founded, acquired, and turned around diverse businesses over the past 35 years. His ventures include interests in finance, transportation, communications, technology, and real estate lending. Mr. Mitchell has been recognized for innovation and entrepreneurship and has won multiple industry awards.

Vic has also been involved with various charities and philanthropic efforts around food insecurity, criminal justice, affordable healthcare, and freeing the wrongly convicted.  Mr. Mitchell has served as an adjunct professor teaching courses in Entrepreneurship at Colorado State University and San Diego State University. Mr. Mitchell also enjoys making private equity investments in visionary leaders with disruptive technologies.

Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of San Diego State University and obtained his Master’s Degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Mr. Mitchell is also a former Colorado State Representative and served in Colorado’s 66th General Assembly representing a population of 80,000.

Vic is the proud father of three incredible children, Lauren, a New York City school teacher, David, an Army Lieutenant, and Emily, a high school senior.

  • Ever the entrepreneur, at only 21 years of age while attending college, Victor Mitchell started his first enterprise. Subsequently, he has never worked for anyone else.

  • Vic loves dogs, egg whites and sushi, and reading historical fiction novels.
  • Vic’s “bucket list” is to travel the globe watching professional tennis across all continents.
